Description

One of my most favorite if not my ultimate favorite sailor scout Sailor Uranus. It took me forever to get it done, I've never worked so hard on coloring before trying to make it look as amazing as I possibly can, of course it doesn't amount to the genus work by :icontakumy: but then again it still screams my art style, enjoy.
